Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Envy Aesthetics, we take pride in delivering high-quality treatments, skincare, and client care. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in relation to refunds, returns, and guarantees.
Services (Treatments)
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or unused packages. Results from treatments can vary depending on individual skin types, conditions, and lifestyle factors. While we strive to deliver optimal outcomes, no guarantees can be made regarding results.
However, if there is a concern regarding your treatment experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can review your case and offer support or a follow-up solution where appropriate.
Skincare & Retail Products
We offer returns or exchanges on retail products if:

The product is faulty or damaged

The product has been incorrectly supplied
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on skincare or cosmetic products due to hygiene regulations.
Prepaid Packages & Gift Vouchers

Prepaid treatments or packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

Expiry dates apply and will be stated at the time of purchase.

We do not offer cash refunds for partially used packages or vouchers.

Gift vouchers are valid for the specified period and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Late Cancellations & No Shows
To respect our team and other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their booking deposit.

No-shows will forfeit their booking deposit and will be required to pay the full price of their service upon scheduling their next appointment.

Clients who have purchased a prepaid series or package will forfeit that session in full if they cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment time.
